The following will give you a brief profile of the Chamber and its programs. We can also help you find out about all the programs and special events going on.
The Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to the development of new jobs and opportunities, the increased promotion of current businesses, encouraging the community to shop locally and promoting Geneva as a visitor destination. We offer businesses, merchants, and individuals a variety of programs and services to increase their marketing opportunities and ability to attract new clients.
Some of our programs and services are:
Monthly Newsletter: Business to Business, the monthly newsletter with a distribution to 900 business and community leaders, it has all the current information about the Geneva business community.

Membership Referrals: The Chamber staff receives countless inquiries about businesses and services in the Geneva Area, and approximately 15,000 people through our visitor center each year. The Chamber exclusively refers members!
Year Round Visitor Information Services: We staff our visitor information center year round to provide visitors with a knowledgeable resource to Geneva and our surrounding area. The center is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center is also open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends and holidays from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Website: The Chamber's website has extensive information about area businesses, visitor information, and relocation information. Members get a free listing including business name, address, phone, fax, email, and a website link.
Employee Assistance Program: A confidential service provided to members through a qualified outside company. This program is designed to help employees with a wide range of issues and problems.
Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Health Insurance Products: The Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce offers group health insurance to business members of the Chamber and their employees. All billing must go through the employer, and the subscriber must be non-medicare eligeble at the time of enrollment. The area covered includes the six counties of Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, Yates, Livingston, and Monroe.
The Chamber currently offers seven (7) plans to choose from: Blue Million, Blue Choice Extended, Blue Choice Select, Blue Choice Plus, Blue Choice Value, Blue Choice Essential, and Blue EPO Balance. Rates change periodically.
Preferred Care Products: Another option for Chamber business members and their employees is Preferred Care. The Chamber currently offers three (3) plans: Community, Opportunity, and Basix.
