The San Felice features six bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, wrap-around porch, washer/dryer, linens furnished and a spacious eat-in kitchen with bar and family style table that accommodates 16. There is an adjoining two bedroom cottage (rented separately or with the main house) that accommodates four to six people. Drive up directly to both cottages (no steps). Catering service, outdoor barbecue, dock and boat launch available. One pet per cottage is allowed. The San Felice weekly price for July and August is $4,800; adjoining cottage weekly price is $1,000. Inquire for other months. Available May to December.
